Vegan Steamed Cauliflower

  •  1 cauliflower, cut off florets to steam or cut whole head into slabs
  •   Salt, to taste (optional)
  •   Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

  Steam cauliflower until tender when pierced with a knife, about 5-8 minutes. Toss with salt, pepper and parsley.
