Vegan Tortilla Strips

There are many uses for these strips like soups, salads and even tossed on top of enchiladas or a casserole.  

  • 21 Corn tortillas 
  • Oil or canola cooking spray

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).  Lightly brush tortillas with oil or use canola- cooking spray. Stack together and cut into wedges or strips. Separate into a single layer on a baking sheet pan. Bake, tossing occasionally, until crisp. Remove and lightly salt.
