Vegan Glaze

A glaze can be added to the top of baked breads or muffins when they are removed from the oven to add a touch of sweetness.  

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoons orange or lemon juice 
  • 2 teaspoons orange or lemon zest
  • Pinch salt

Whisk all ingredients together. If the glaze seems too thick, add a couple of drops of juice. Brush over muffins or bread while still warm.
