Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix broccoli, olive oil and garlic together.
Place on baking sheet and roast until edges are golden brown and crispy. This takes about 15-20 minutes. Put in bowl and toss with sesame oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
