This can be cooked in the oven or on a grill.
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Melt vegan butter and mix with chives and parsley. Brush corn with butter mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Another option is to just use the salt, pepper and herbs without the butter. Wrap in foil and cook 30 minutes in the oven or on the grill, turning frequently.
