Vegan Cajun Sweet Potato Fries

Cajun spices add a spark to these simple sweet potatoes.

  • 1-2 sweet potatoes, unpeeled but scrubbed, cut into ¼” thick fries
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons Deb’s Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of arrowroot
  • Salt, to taste

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).  Toss sweet potatoes with oil, salt, arrowroot and seasonings. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20 minutes then flip to other side and cook 10 minutes more or until fries are browned and crisp. More salt can be added when fries are removed from the oven.
