These crisps, golden potatoes are simple to prepare and work for an appetizer or a side.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut potatoes into ¼” thick rounds or sticks. Place in a bowl and mix potatoes with oil and salt until completely covered. Place on baking sheet in single layer. Bake 20 minutes or until golden on top. Flip and bake another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with extra sea salt if desired.
Add minced garlic, parsley, chives, diced jalapeño peppers or any herbs or seasoning you prefer to the mix.
